The Helium-Neon goggles or glasses protect your eyes from the potentially harmful
radiation from your Helium-Heon testing laser. Goggles and glasses aren't the
same thing, glasses are what are pictured and only cover the front of your eyes.
Goggles are pictured here and cover the whole region around your eyes for more
protection. Goggles are generally reccomended but if they're not available glasses
can pe used safely. When you buy the goggles choose the highest OD (optical density),
the higher the optical density the more laser radiation the goggles can block.
